High Springs vacation rental located in Three Rivers Estates - All paved roads lead to our vacation home nestled on a heavily wooded one-acre lot with complete privacy. No neighbors within a block allows you a one-on-one experience with nature. Expect to see abundant wildlife and occasionally even deer wandering around. This is a high and dry no-flood area.
You will enjoy the large king-size master bedroom suite/bath with TV/VCR, oversized tub, separate shower, dual sinks, separate commode and walk-in closets. The two guest bedrooms each have one double bed (sleeps two), walk-in closets, hall bath. All bedrooms have rockers and reading lamps. Large kitchen with island seating for four, open floor plan, large formal dining area with table for six, completely furnished living room with TV-DVD/VCR, Dish network, fireplace, books, movies. Indoor laundry including laundry detergent. Extra table with pamphlets, brochures and local maps to help guide you along. This is a completely furnished and very well appointed home

Three Rivers Estates has two private gated boat launch areas and several parks with access to the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers and keys are provided. Three different rivers are within minutes of our home. Ginnie Springs is 15 minutes away and Devil's Den is approximately 45 minutes away. Itchetucknee is 3 minutes away, Santa Fe is 2 minutes and Suwannee is 10 minutes away.
This is a popular area for diving, kayaking/canoeing, boating or simply enjoying a relaxing float down the lazy, crystal clear rivers with springs bubbling all around.
Cave divers enjoy Blue Grotto, Paradise Springs, Devil's Den and many other springs, all within a short driving distance.
Hunters will enjoy a new range nearby and for the anglers there is great fishing on all three rivers, expecially the Suwannee River.
Local activities include diving, snorkeling, hiking, biking, fishing, hunting (quail, turkey & deer) firing ranges with sporting clays, wildlife viewing, horseback riding. Tubing, canoeing, kayaking and boating. You will enjoy visiting Mill Creek Farm Retirement Home for horses to feed the horses. Antiquing, shopping and lunch in nearby High Springs and Alachua Historic Districts.
We have plenty of parking for vehicles, boats and boat trailers.
In the back yard there is a deck leading to two picnic tables & umbrella and chairs, two BBQ grills, outdoor fireplace and a separate area for hanging wetsuits. We do not allow smoking inside the home, however, we have provided a commercial butt receptacle on the outside deck. Plenty of firewood is provided. We also provide indoor logs to be used in the inside fireplace.
We have every imaginable cooking utensil and appliance that any chef would find pleasing.
This is a very serene setting for a romantic get away, yet only minutes from restaurants and shopping.
