We are Chuck & Pat Webber.  We have been enjoying the rivers and springs for over 30 years and made many trips from our home in St. Petersburg, Florida to rural north Florida for the purpose of canoeing, tubing and all the pleasures of just getting out of the city for relaxing weekends.

Realizing the need for vacation home rentals and the ever increasing number of visitors to the area who, like us, would rather not stay in the motels right off the interstate when you can stay in a beautiful home for the same or slightly higher rates, we completed furnishing the home and greeted our first guests on Memorial Day, 2006.  Everyone seemed to love the home and surrounding area and we now are booking repeat visits from them.

We have furnished the home with all the amenities that we could think of that we would like to find when we rent vacation homes.

The home is available year round.  (We now have another place to stay on one of our other properties.)  We know that you will enjoy your visit and hope to see you soon.
